Base

• Thai Tea 60 ml.
• Passion Fruit Juice 45 ml.
• Lime Juice 15 ml.
• Caramel Syrup 15 ml.
• Cocomax Sparkling coconut water 90 ml.

Garnish

• Passion fruit
• Thyme leaves

How to cook

How to Cook

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker glass (Thai tea, passion fruit juice, lime juice, caramel syrup, and Cocomax sparkling coconut water), along with ice.
2. Use the throwing technique (pouring the drink back and forth) instead of shaking, about 4–5 times.
3. Prepare the serving glass and pour the drink into the glass.
4. Garnish with passion fruit and thyme leaves, then sprinkle sugar over the passion fruit and lightly torch it before serving.
