Ingredient

• Cocomax coconut juice 75 ml
• Cranberry juice 30 ml
• Lemon juice 15 ml
• Vanilla syrup 20 ml
• Egg white 25 ml
• Whipping cream 100 ml
• Soda (On-top) 30 ml

Ganish
• Edible flower & Lemon twist

How to cook

1. Combine all ingredients except soda water into shaker
2. Dry shake(without ice) to get airation making  egg white fluffy
3. Fill shaker with ice and shake again
4. Double strain into glass with ice
5. Top up with soda and garnish with edible
6. Spary lemon twist and ready to serve

*if you don’t have cranberry juice can replace  with red apple juice
