Ingredient
• Cocomax coconut juice 60 ml
• Gin 30 ml
• Lemon juice 10 ml
• Pina colada syrup 15 ml
• Sparkling wine 60 ml
Ganish
Pineapple slice
How to cook
1.Combine all ingredients together in shaker except sparkling wine
2.Shaking until cold
3.Double strain into wine glass with ice
4.Top- up with sparkling wine Garnish with Pineapple slide and ready to serve.
